1. Introduction

Welcome to Bishayee Road Carrier. These Terms and Conditions govern your use of our packing, moving, storage, and transportation services. By booking our services, you accept these terms in full. If you disagree with any part of these terms, please do not proceed with the booking.

2. Booking and Quotations

All quotations provided by Bishayee Road Carrier are estimated based on the inventory, volume of goods, and distance provided by the customer. Prices may vary if:

• The actual volume of goods exceeds the initially provided inventory list.
• There are access difficulties at the pickup or delivery locations (e.g., no elevator, narrow stairs, parking distance).
• The moving date is modified at the last minute by the customer.

3. Prohibited Items

For safety and legal reasons, our staff will strictly NOT pack or transport the following items:

• Hazardous materials, flammable liquids, explosives, or corrosive chemicals.
• Live animals and pets.
• Perishable food items.
• High-value jewelry, cash, precious stones, or extremely important personal documents (These should be carried personally by the client).

4. Insurance and Liability

We pride ourselves on 100% damage-free delivery using premium 3-layer packaging. However, transit involves unforeseeable risks (natural disasters, road accidents).

We highly recommend customers opt for Transit Insurance. In the event of an accident, Bishayee Road Carrier's liability is strictly limited to the terms of the insurance policy selected. We are not liable for internal mechanical or electrical faults of appliances unless physical damage to the exterior is proven to be caused by our handling.

5. Payment Terms

Payments must be settled according to the agreed-upon invoice. A standard advance payment is required to confirm the booking date, and the remaining balance must be paid before or immediately upon the unloading of goods at the destination.

6. Cancellations and Refunds

If you wish to cancel your move, please notify us at least 48 hours prior to the scheduled packing date to receive a refund of your advance deposit. Cancellations made within 24 hours of the move date may incur a cancellation fee to cover scheduled logistics and labor costs.

7. Governing Law

These terms and conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes relating to these terms and conditions will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Asansol, West Bengal.
